Kela Dum Recipe - Banana Dum Recipe Cooking Tips

Banana is known is the best nutrition. Raw banana is very useful for recipe also. Banana is known as the Kela also in Hindi. Banana Dum recipe is the most famous in north India. I want to share some basic cooking tips of Kela Dum recipe. Banana Dum recipe or Kela Dum recipe is very similar to Potato and Pointed Gourd recipe.

Ingredients of Kela Dum Recipe:

Raw Banana 3 Pieces

1 piece onion

2 pieces tomatoes

10 pieces of garlic

1 spoon turmeric powder

Cumin ¼ spoons

Garam Masala 1 spoon

Coriander powder 1 spoon

Red chili powder ½ spoons

Ginger paste ½ spoons

Chopped coriander leaves 1 spoon

Banana Dum Recipe Cooking Methods:


Banana
Arrange 3 pieces of banana from market to cook Kela recipe.


Pieces of Raw Banana
Remove upper cell of banana and cut that in four pieces of each Kela.


Fry Banana in Mustered Oil
Now, fry the cut banana in mustered oil on low flame till red colour.

Now, you have to separate fried pieces of banana in a dish.

Collects all the above ingredients for Kela Dum recipe and mix that with water as paste.

This snack is the most choices in the evening with tea or Chatni. There is tomato chutney or coriander leaves chutney which is the most famous with Samosa recipe. I want to share some cooking tips of Samosa. By this tips you can cook it in your home also. So, there are some basic things which you need to collect before cooking it.

Samosa Ingredients:

Potato 500gm

Garlic powder 1 spoons

Ginger paste 1 spoon

Green Chili 5 pieces

Onion 2 pieces

Coriander Leaves 2 spoons in small pieces

Turmeric powder 1 spoon

Salt according to taste

Potato and Pointed Gourd Recipe – Aaloo and Parwal Dum Recipe Cooking Tips

Today, I am enjoying with potato and pointed gourd recipe. Potato is known as Aaloo and Pointed Gourd is called as Parwal in Hindi or in India. Parwal is known as Parval also. In Assamese it is known as Potol also.

Potato and pointed gourd recipe is the most famous in north and east India. Parwal looks like cucumber. So, the specie comes in Cucurbitaceae family. Jackfruit Kofta Recipe – Jackfruit (Kathal) Kofta Recipe Cooking Tips

Jackfruit is known as Kathal also in India. I have simple way to cook jackfruit recipe that is known as – Kathal Kofta or jackfruit Kofta. The recipe is much delicious than others if you cook in my style. At 1st we have to collect the ingredients for the recipe then we will proceed to cook it. I am going to share step by step method of cooking jackfruit Kofta recipe.

Ingredients of Jackfruit Kofta Recipe:

Jackfruit 500 gm

2 onions

1 spoon garam masala powder

1 spoon ginger powder

1 spoon coriander powder

1 spoon turmeric powder

½ spoon red chili

1 spoon garlic paste

100 gm gram (besan) flour

1 tomato

1 spoon coriander leaves

Method of cooking Jackfruit (Kathal) Kofta Recipe:


Buy 500 gm jack fruit and and remove the outer cell very clearly.

Now cut the jack fruit in small pieces.

Egg Curry Recipe – Egg Curry Recipe Cooking Tips

Egg curry recipe is one of the best recipe of Eggs. I have some different way to cook it. I want to let you know how to cook egg recipe in my own style. It is spicy recipe but much delicious. You can also cook it by my style. At first, you need to arrange some ingredients of egg curry recipe as per my suggestions:

4 boiled eggs
2 onion
1 tomato
1 spoon garlic powder
1 spoon turmeric powder
1/2 spoon red chili powder
1/2 spoon ginger
1 spoon coriander powder
1/2 spoon garam masala
1/5 spoon black pepper powder
1/5 spoon jeera powder
2/1 spoon coriander leaves
Mustered oil 6 spoon and
Salt according to taste

Now, you have to remove the shell of boiled eggs and cut them into cubes to fry. You need to fry them till red colours.

Now, slice all the ingredients in small parts and mix them properly.

Chola Bhatura Recipe Cooking Tips

Chola Bhatura recipe is known as break fast recipe. It is most famous recipe of metropolitan city specially, Delhi. We are going to share some simple way of chola bhatura recipe.

Ingredients of Chola:

Chola ½ Kg
Onions 3 piece
Garlic 1 spoon
Ginger 1 spoon
Coriander powder 1 spoon
Black Pepper
Coriander leaves 1 spoon
1 Tomato
Chola spice
Red Chili ½ Spoon
Salt (according to taste)

Ingredients of Bhatura:

Maida flour 1 kg
Curd 250 gm
Sugar 50 gm

Method for preparing Chola:

4-5 hours before chola should keep in water to make it soft. All the ingredients of chola will cut property. At 1st we will fry cutting onions in mustered oil with chola. After some time we will put all the ingredients to fry. At last we put cutting tomato and water.

Method for preparing Bhatura:

Combine the Maida flour with curds and sugar and keep it 10 minutes to rest. After that we will make it bread and will fry in refine.
