Batata Vada is one of the most popular snacks in Maharashtra, India. It is the most popular break-fast recipes for evening. You can cook it very easily.

Batata Vada is the most delicious snacks. I have very simple way to cook it. You need to collect some ingredients to cook Batata Vada.

Batata Vada Ingredients:

4 pieces big size boiled potato

Besan 150 gm

1 spoon ginger paste

½ spoon green chili paste

100 gm green coriander leaves

1 piece lemon

½ spoon turmeric powder

200 gm mustered oil

Salt according to taste

Cooking Method of Batata Vada Recipe:


Batter of BesanMake a batter of Besan mixing chopped green coriander leaves.


Massed PotatoMass the boiled potato mixing chopped green coriander leaves and green chili.


Shape of Batata VadaGive a shape of Batata Vada making like a small ball.


Vada in BesanDeep the ball of Batata Vada in batter of Besan.


Fry Vada in Mustered OilNow, fry the Batata Vada in mustered oil till golden brown colour.
