I have already shared Kela Dum recipe in my previous post. Kela Kofta is very similar to Banana Dum but both are different in taste as well as looks. So, I have decided to share simple way of cooking Banana Kofta also. Kela Kofta recipe is known as the best nutrition recipe. So, follow some simple steps of how to cook Banana Kofta recipe:
Ingredients of Banana Kofta Recipe:
Raw Banana 4 pieces
2 pieces Tomato
2 pieces onions
Coriander leaves 50gm
Garlic paste 2 spoon
Ginger paste 1 spoon
Green chili 4 pieces
Besan (Gram flour) 100 gm
Red chili ½ spoons
Coriander powder 1 spoon
Kela Kofta Cooking Methods:










The chopped ingredients of Kela kofta will be very similar to samosa recipe. Fried ingredients of banana kofta will be same as egg curry recipe. The banana kofta recipe is as delicious as nutrition.
Ingredients of Banana Kofta Recipe:
Raw Banana 4 pieces
2 pieces Tomato
2 pieces onions
Coriander leaves 50gm
Garlic paste 2 spoon
Ginger paste 1 spoon
Green chili 4 pieces
Besan (Gram flour) 100 gm
Red chili ½ spoons
Coriander powder 1 spoon
Kela Kofta Cooking Methods:

Each raw banana should be cut into two parts to cook kela kofta.

Cut banana should be properly boiled on medium flame to cook banana kofta.

Arrange above mentioned ingredients for banana kofta recipe.

Now, chop up boiled banana and mix all the above mentioned ingredients to make them as paste.

Now, make a shape of kofta by mix ingredients with boiled banana which already you have prepared.

Fry those shaped kofta in mustered oil on medium flame that already have been prepared.

Now, you have to fry all the ingredients in mustered oil on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

Now, add water in mix ingredients which is fried in mustered oil. After that, add fried Kela kofta also and leave that for 5-7 minutes.

Now, add coriander leaves on the prepared banana kofta. Finally, Banana Kofta recipe is ready. It is known as the Kela Kofta recipe also.
