I want to share some basic cooking tips of Kela Dum recipe. Banana Dum recipe or Kela Dum recipe is very similar to Potato and Pointed Gourd recipe.
Ingredients of Kela Dum Recipe:
Raw Banana 3 Pieces
1 piece onion
2 pieces tomatoes
10 pieces of garlic
1 spoon turmeric powder
Cumin ¼ spoons
Garam Masala 1 spoon
Coriander powder 1 spoon
Red chili powder ½ spoons
Ginger paste ½ spoons
Chopped coriander leaves 1 spoon

Ingredients of Kela Dum Recipe:
Raw Banana 3 Pieces
1 piece onion
2 pieces tomatoes
10 pieces of garlic
1 spoon turmeric powder
Cumin ¼ spoons
Garam Masala 1 spoon
Coriander powder 1 spoon
Red chili powder ½ spoons
Ginger paste ½ spoons
Chopped coriander leaves 1 spoon
Banana Dum Recipe Cooking Methods:

Arrange 3 pieces of banana from market to cook Kela recipe.

Remove upper cell of banana and cut that in four pieces of each Kela.

Now, fry the cut banana in mustered oil on low flame till red colour.

Now, you have to separate fried pieces of banana in a dish.

Collects all the above ingredients for Kela Dum recipe and mix that with water as paste.

Chopped onions and tomato should be in separate dish for Kela Dum recipe.

Now, mix all the Kela Dum ingredients with fried Kela in a pan on low flame. Again fry these mixed - Kela Dum ingredients with fried Kela for 5-8 minutes on low flame with some water.

Now, after 5-8 minutes add 4 cup water and leave it for 8-10 minutes on medium flame.
